Elon Musk has two goals for this year and they’re going to “require insane work by many super talented people.”
Under Musk’s leadership, his companies and their employees have accomplished quite a bit in 2022, including massive improvements to FSD Beta, working towards Tesla Semi deliveries, expanding Tesla insurance, and beginning a huge switch over to Tesla Vision, and a huge partnership between T-Mobile and Starlink, among other things.
However, those things haven’t slowed down Musk to achieve his main two goals by the end of 2022: Getting Starship to orbit and a wide release of FSD Beta.
“Many other things, of course, but those are the 2 giant kahunas,” Musk says on Twitter. “Will require insane work by many super talented people, but, if anyone can do it, they can. It is an honor to work with such awesome human beings.”

Perhaps these are quite exciting for Musk and the greater Tesla community. However, one particular sector that needs improvements is Tesla Service. It seems they are unable to keep up with the increasing demand, and Musk has confirmed that they are prioritizing it.
Earlier this summer, this was all but confirmed as part of Musk’s “Master Plan Part 3” on the “Getting Stoned Podcast” with Johnna Crider. On the podcast, Musk stated that Part 3 is about growing the company and expanding sustainable energy.
“Master plan part three is about scaling. Like, how do we scale to get that fully sustainable energy economy and what tonnage do we need of what materials, and what is maybe the best way to get all of those materials and turn them into batteries?” Musk says.
Musk added, “The fundamental governor of the rate at which we can transition to sustainability is the rate at which we can grow the output of lithium-ion batteries.”
In addition to scaling the company and sustainable energy economy, Musk and Crider talked about the declining birthrate, poverty, and literacy.
