Tesla CEO Elon Musk took to Twitter to say that Investor Day is for “people and life of earth,” adding “it will be a message of good hope & positivity for the future.”
The Tesla community has been hyped up about the forthcoming Investor Day for some time. We’re anticipating that Musk will reveal the details about his Master Plan Part 3, which will likely include massive scaling to Tesla’s operations and incorporating artificial intelligence into more areas. Investor Day is also expected to cover Tesla's next-gen platform and possibly Tesla's latest FSD hardware.
What to Expect at Tesla’s Investor Day
With the recent sightings of the forthcoming Cybertruck, we may receive some updates about the futuristic vehicle and its gnarly features.
Hardware 4.0
The leak of Tesla's FSD hardware 4.0 is also notable. Tesla and Musk may provide viewers with insight into hardware 4, such as its release, performance, and the addition of cameras and HD radar after the removal of USS.
Next Generation Platform
Tesla owners and the EV community alike have been eager to learn more about the company’s next generation platform. The next-generation platform could be the foundation for Tesla's upcoming robotaxi, configurable van, or a smaller vehicle that would increase EV affordability.
Capturing the attention of ICE owners looking to switch to an EV also plays a part in Musk’s Master Plan.
Master Plan Part 3
When Musk unveiled his original Master Plan in 2006, he outlined his goals for transitioning the world into sustainable energy. At the time, Tesla was going to first build a sports car, then use that money to build an affordable car, then use that money to fund research and development of an even more affordable car. While completing all of this, Tesla would provide zero-emission electric power generation options.
Musk’s plan has gone as designed so far and expanded exponentially since then. They’ve designed, developed, and produced bleeding-edge technology that powers the entire fleet and company.
Now it's time for Tesla to reveal its latest ambitions and the goals the company feels they need to achieve to get to the next level. Musk will reveal Tesla's master plan part 3 at Investor Day in just a couple of weeks.
