Stepping into the new year, we’re finally at another chance for Tesla’s investors to submit and vote on questions for the Q4 2025 Earnings Call. Tesla reported a narrow miss on their vehicle deliveries against analyst consensus numbers posted on their own investor relations website - but absolutely smashed Energy expectations.

Q4 2025 was an interesting quarter, and while it didn’t break any vehicle records, it missed by just shy of 5,000 vehicles. Just like last quarter, there’s a lot to look forward to - reasoning with FSD v14.3, more details on Tesla’s next-gen AI5 chip, the Cybercab prototypes beginning production soon, and FSD Transfers finally coming to a permanent end.

With that said, the questions posted this quarter continue to look at Tesla’s next major phases of growth - Robotaxi and Unsupervised FSD - as well as Optimus and Energy.

Earnings Q4 2025 Questions

With the Q4 Earnings Call just a few days away, questions must be submitted to Say no later than January 27, 2026, at 4 PM Eastern Standard Time. Below is a list of some of the top-voted questions so far:

What is the current bottleneck to increased Robotaxi deployment & personal use unsupervised FSD? The safety/performance of the most recent models or people to monitor robots robotaxis in-car or remotely? Or something else?

What is the status of the HW3 upgrade? What can loyal customers expect and when?

When is FSD going to be 100% unsupervised?

You once said: Loyalty deserves loyalty. Will long term Tesla shareholders still be prioritized if SpaceX does an IPO?

Regarding the CyberCab: What’s the expected production timeline? Will they initially join Tesla’s robotaxi fleet or be available for direct sale? How quickly do you anticipate the production ramp-up?

Please confirm the most recent planned SOP dates for Houston Tesla Energy, megablock, and Tesla LFP battery cell production

Our Favorites

Here are some questions in the list we’ve seen that we’re particularly interested in, even though they may not be at the top of the voting list.

Regarding Optimus, could you share the current number of units deployed in Tesla factories and actively performing production tasks? What specific roles or operations are they handling, and how has their integration impacted factory efficiency or output?

When will the safety riders be removed from public, paid Robotaxi rides in Austin, Texas?

Can you consider making a standard family SUV/minivan with two rows in back that’s larger than a stretched Y? Many are waiting for one and ready to buy.

Functionally, how will the proposed 'FSD 14 Lite' for HW3 Teslas compare to FSD 14 on HW4 vehicles.

With Robotaxi live, can you share early unit economics? Approximate revenue and cost per mile (or per ride), whether rides are already contribution-margin positive, and the main drivers/timeline to reach high-margin scaled cash flows as the fleet grows and supervision drops?

Submitting Your Own Questions and Voting

Questions and voting are conducted through Say, a third-party platform that validates share ownership. Once your ownership is verified, you can use your shares to vote, with your vote weight corresponding to the number of shares you hold. Submitting a question initially gives it votes equivalent to your number of shares.

You can vote and submit your questions through Say’s platform here.

The deadline to submit and vote on questions via the Say platform is 4 PM EST on January 27th.
