In a move that could fundamentally disrupt the American telecommunications industry, US Mobile has announced a groundbreaking new hybrid plan. The new carrier is officially bundling uncapped Starlink home internet with its unlimited wireless cellular plans, and the entire package will cost less than $50 a month.
This offering merges terrestrial cellular connectivity with space-based broadband, creating one of the most aggressive value plays among wireless carriers right now.
The Ultimate Hybrid Package
For years, consumers have been forced to juggle separate bills and providers for their home internet and their mobile phones. US Mobile is aiming to eliminate that friction. The newly announced bundle pairs unlimited home internet powered by SpaceX's Starlink satellite constellation with a premium unlimited mobile data plan.

What makes US Mobile unique is its underlying network architecture. As a mobile virtual network operator, the company allows users to choose between the three largest cellular networks in the United States: Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. Customers can even seamlessly switch between these networks if their local coverage needs change. Now, by adding Starlink to the mix, users are guaranteed high-speed connectivity whether they are in the center of a major city or completely off the grid.
Disrupting Industry
The real shockwave here is the price point. A standard residential Starlink subscription currently starts anywhere from $50 to $120 per month, depending on location and congestion, and that does not even include cellular service.
By offering uncapped satellite internet alongside an unlimited mobile plan for under $50 a month, US Mobile is drastically undercutting both traditional cable providers and legacy wireless carriers.
The Jetsons Era
US Mobile CEO Ahmed Khattak recently took to Reddit to share his vision for this ambitious launch, explaining that the goal is to create a singular, unified connectivity layer for customers.
"Every major terrestrial network on the ground, every major LEO constellation in the sky, stitched together into a single plan that follows you anywhere on earth," Khattak wrote. "Mobile, home, roaming, residential. Local numbering integrated as we expand our cellular footprint into new countries. Dozens of networks, one plan, one app, one company that actually answers when you call. The Jetsons era isn't coming. It's here. And we intend to be the ones who carry you through it."
While early access to the bundle opens this week in limited batches, the broader implications of the deal are massive. As traditional internet service providers continue to struggle with running fiber to rural communities, this low-cost satellite and cellular hybrid could instantly bridge the connectivity gap for millions of users.
