New low-speed sounds will become available to cars with an external speaking according to Elon Musk. These sounds are a new requirement in various countries that help bystanders become more aware of a moving vechile around them. Musk confirmed that "Snake Jazz" or "Polynesian elevator music" would become availble through the outside speakers.
