Tesla's latest FSD Beta, v10.11 started going out to public testers earlier this week.
However, after going out to roughly 10% of testers, it appears to have stopped.
According to Elon, Tesla will start adding Canadian beta testers to this beta, the first time Tesla will expand the FSD Beta outside of the US.
Elon has now given us an updated timeline of when he thinks Tesla will add their first Canadian testers. He took to Twitter to announce that Tesla will start releasing to Canada next week.
This timeline of next week likely signifies when Tesla will start the Canadian release and it will not necessarily mean that everyone with a Safety Score of 100 will get it the first day.
Tesla will cautiously roll it out to several hundred users and analyze the data before releasing it further.
Tesla added the 'Request FSD Beta' button to Canadian owners starting with update 2022.4.5.4. Anyone that has opted-in to the Safety Score and has a score of 99+ has a chance of getting the FSD Beta.

Just like Tesla did with the FSD Betas in the US, Tesla will first let in owners with the highest safety scores, and then lower the safety score requirement as the beta gets safer and better at handling more complex situations.
Elon recently said that he hopes to lower the Safety Score requirement to 95 if testing goes well with this beta.
Currently, a Safety Score of 98 or higher is required in the US, but it looks like Tesla has stopped accepting new users into the beta right now, even if they meet the safety score requirement.
Hopefully, testing of this latest beta is going well and we'll soon see additional testers added in the US and Canada.
