Yesterday, Tesla officially released FSD Beta in Canada with the 2022.4.5.20 software update. This update brings the FSD Beta to version 10.11.1.
This makes Canada the first country outside of the US in the FSD Beta Program. Canadian Tesla owners who have requested the Beta Program and scored 100 or 99 points are eligible for FSD Beta. The feature was released a month after Tesla first released the Safety Score.
Initially, the feature was only going to those with a perfect 100 score. It was later confirmed by Twitter user @Harvey_Sp that the feature was available to owners with a 99 Safety Score as well.

Launching the FSD Beta Program in Canada is a huge step toward full autonomy. With the introduction of FSD Beta in Canada, Tesla is further expanding the fleet of cars that improve the FSD software.
At an employee QA session in Berlin, Elon told Tesla employees that we may see the FSD Beta software introduced in Europe later this year. A lot of Tesla's future expansions may depend on how well and efficiently Tesla rolls out FSD in Canada.
Expanding the FSD Beta program globally has been challenging due to differences in road rules, signs, and road markings. With safety as the fundamental priority of autonomous driving, Tesla could not launch FSD Beta in Canada before it was sure of its capabilities.
